About Us
Established in 2015 by Danny Caulfield, Caulfields Carpet Cleaning is a small family-run business providing a range of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services across Llanelli, Swansea, Carmarthen, South and West Wales.
Our focus is on exceptional customer service, professionalism and value for money. We know that cleaning your carpets is far more than just using a low-cost hired carpet cleaner or wasting money on un-trained rogue traders.
How We Began
It all started with an advert on Facebook for someone advertising carpet cleaning in our local area. We decided to give them a call to arrange for our hall, stairs and landing to be cleaned (we all know they don't stay clean for too long with children in the home).
We thought, great, at last we can see the true colour of the carpet again. However, we were soon to see that this would unfortunately not be the case.
We had a call off the ‘gentleman’ saying that he could not find our property even though it is clearly sign written. This was just the start though, when he pulled up, he and his girlfriend got out of their beaten-up old Vauxhall Astra with greasy hair, belly’s hanging out of their T-shirts and grubby clothes. He then went to the boot of the car and pulled out, what can only be described as, an old DIY carpet cleaner. Never the less, he was here and we needed the carpets cleaned. He was here for about half an hour and charged us £50 for the privilege (The carpet looked the same when he left).
Following this, we decided to rent a carpet-cleaning machine and complete the job ourselves. As we were doing this, it was niggling at us that you should have the opportunity and right to get what was expected when paying someone for a service. Especially carpet cleaning.
The Result
With this sour experience of carpet cleaning, and six months of planning, hard work and commitment (and thousands invested) we started Caulfields Carpet Cleaning to bring you a professional, reliable carpet and upholstery cleaning service across South and West Wales.
