Frequently Asked Questions
Our carpet and upholstery cleaning starts from just £49.99. We offer a FREE pre-clean survey to all customers in order to provide an accurate price based on the type of carpet or upholstery you have and how long a clean will take. All prices will be agreed before we commence any cleaning. What is a pre-clean survey
Our pre-clean surveys are a detailed inspection of your items. This includes looking at what materials your carpets and upholstery are made with, to make sure the correct solution and process is applied. We also assess how long a clean will take to complete and inform you of the entire process. This is all provided FREE OF CHARGE.Why choose an NCCA Member and not a cheaper alternative?
We are proud NCCA Members and follow their code of practise, so don't simply turn up with a DIY carpet cleaner and charge you half the price for half the job. We've invested thousands in state-of-the-art equipment and follow a thorough, fully NCCA approved carpet and upholstery cleaning process. We provide an extremely professional service with paramount customer service and great value for money. How often should I clean my carpets?
It is recommended that you professionally clean your carpets every 12-18 months to ensure maximum carpet life.Should I hire a RugDoctor from the supermarket?
RugDoctors can be used to thoroughly clean your carpets from dust and bacteria but are not recommended as a replacement to professional carpet cleaning or stain removal. This is because we complete a 10-point cleaning process that involves more than a hired low-cost carpet cleaning machine. How long does cleaning take?
This depends on many factors including how many carpets, rugs or furniture require cleaning and what cleaning process we need to use. A typical clean can take between 2-6 hours. How long will my carpets and upholstery take to dry?
Typically, we estimate normal carpets and furniture to dry within 6 to 8 hours once a clean has been completed. This depends on a number of conditions however, such as how soiled your carpets were, how much water was used and the indoor environment. If drying seems to be taking longer than this then you are more than welcome to give us a call with any concerns. Will the cleaning process affect children and pets?
All our detergents are child and pet friendly. However as we do use chemicals during the cleaning process, we highly recommend children and pets stay away from cleaned items until fully dry. What areas do you cover?
South Wales: Llanelli, Pontardawe, Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend, Pontarddulais, Gorseinon
Carmarthenshire: St. Clears, Carmarthen, Kidwelly, Llanelli, Ammanford, Llandeilo, Llandovery, Pont Y Berem, Tumble, Cross Hands, Newcastle Emlyn
Pembrokeshire: Haverfordwest, Narberth, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pembroke, Milford Haven, Crymych
Although we complete a very thorough cleaning process with the latest and most advanced equipment, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed during the cleaning process. This is because some stains permanently damage fibers in carpets and upholstery. We will identify any permanent damage during our inspection process and may recommend a specific spot and stain removal process (charged extra).Do you use chemical in the cleaning process?
Depending on the type of item being cleaned we may use a range of professional cleaning products and solutions. These include solvents, powders, detergents and other solutions. All our chemicals and solutions are manufactured to the highest possible standards for safety and quality purposes.Do I have to Move My Furniture?
No, we do all the hard work for you including moving and replacing your furntiure and orniments. The best bit is this is all included in the price.
